SUPERBOWL SUNDAY (2010)
Are you hosting or attending a SuperBowl Party on Sunday?
Here are two templates that you can download and use to set up your own friendly betting pool. When the Superbowl is over, you can save them for next year and do a quick update with the Search and Replace features of Microsoft Word.
Print these three pages out, cut them into individual tickets and mix them up in a bowl. Your guests draw tickets randomly and purchase as many as they want for $1 each. Then, they fill their names in on the appropriate spaces in the grid above. They hang on to these tickets for the duration of the game. If you fill the entire grid, you will have collected $100 and there will be $25 winners for each quarter of the game. If you don't fill your entire grid, there may be a quarter with no winner and then, the pot of money would roll over to the next quarter.
Tip: Warn your guests in advance that there will be friendly wagering. Otherwise, some people may show up without cash.
